What exactly is the finder’s fee paid on?
A flat $5,000 when you close on a property that came from a lead I sent you. If a deal doesn’t close, there’s no finder’s fee — just the monthly retainer. Retainer + success fee is the standard model in deal sourcing.
Do I have to learn any software?
No. That’s the point of concierge — deals come to you by email. You get full access to the dashboard if you want it, but you never have to touch it.
How do you find off-market deals?
By fusing daily municipal permit data with listing and sales records, I can spot rebuild and teardown activity — and owners signaling intent — before properties hit the open market.
