- ▸13 teardown and new-house permits were issued in a month, with 9 more house demolitions pending in Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Woodside.
- ▸Three Peninsula houses sold for $15 million or more, and a $10.5 million Atherton sale went 31% over asking for a 2,110-square-foot house on a 0.92-acre lot.
